結論:
Long distance runners with ITBS have weaker hip abduction strength in the affected leg compared with their unaffected leg and unaffected long-distance runners. Addition- ally, symptom improvement with a successful return to the preinjury training program parallels improvement in hip abductor strength.
有髂筋束症候群的長距離跑者,和非受影響腿及非受影響的長距離跑者相比下,有較脆弱的受影響腿之臀外展肌群強度。另外,成功地返回受傷前訓練計畫和改善臀外展肌群強度並行讓症狀得到改善
